Admission and Withdrawl
The following categories of pupils may not be allowed to continue in the school.
Those who fail to show satisfactory progress and are unwilling or unable to benefit from the educational programme of the school.
Those who do not deposit dues in time.
Those whose behaviour and conduct is harmful to the interest of the school.
The amount of security deposited at the time of admission should be claimed within six months from the leaving the school otherwise it will stand forfeited.
For Withdrawal/ Transfer certificate one month notice should be given. Transfer or school leaving certificate and Progress Report shall not be issued until all dues are paid. Duplicate copies of such certificates are not issued. In special cases, such certificates are issued after verification and on payment of an amount of Rs. 100/- as Duplicate Certificate fee.
Leave Rules
Absence without leave is seriously viewed and in case of seven consecutive days of absence the name of the pupil shall be struck off the rolls. He would be re-admitted after he has paid all the dues with fresh admission fee and that too at the direction of the Principal.
For leave of absence, a letter must be sent by the parent. All students are expected to attend class on the opening day after each of the vacations and on the closing day before the vacations.
Absence because of sickness must be supported with a medical certificate. Students attending the school after suffering from an infectious disease such as measles, chicken pox, mumps, whooping cough etc. must produce a fitness certificate from an authorized doctor.
